There is a large mature, secluded garden with surrounding pine forest and olive and almond grove. The house has its own beautiful tiled swimming pool surrounded by pine trees.
The village of Simiane (1,5 km) offers 2 traditional boulangeries, 2 pharmacies, 2 grocery shops, a butcher and the not to be missed pétanque area where the villagers play every day under the plain trees.
